Executive Director
MonaLisa Raass Como has over two decades of financial services experience in scaling and transforming startups, large institutions, and emerging industries. She was previously the Chief Operating Officer of PayPal at Invest, President & COO at Capital One Investing, and E*TRADE as a startup to name a few. Ms. Como has deep philanthropic board experiences in advancing women-owned businesses and entrepreneurs, as well as destigmatizing mental health. MonaLisa resides in Washington DC.

JENNY SORIN
Director of Programs and Development
Jenny fosters strategic partnerships and develops programs to engage the Institute's top supporters, including financial institutions, foundations, and philanthropists. Jenny is also an accomplished documentary producer whose work has been featured across major networks including PBS, HBO, and MSNBC. Her most recent credits include Finding Your Roots with Henry Louis Gates Jr. for PBS, and "The Newspaperman: The Life and Times of Ben Bradlee" for HBO Feature Documentaries. Jenny resides in New York City.
